Viera Gray House

In 1990, on the other half of the Walsingham Lodge site in Ferry Road, the Barnes Workhouse Fund made provision for the community when it leased land for the building of a residential care home for the frail elderly, called Viera Gray House.

The first leaseholder was Richmond Churches Housing Trust, who built the home.

The Barnes Fund is the freeholder and landlord for Viera Gray House and the existing leaseholder is Greensleeves Care.
